Juanita Estrada

Juanita Estrada is a San Antonio native with a passion for helping others move and feel their best. She attended Highlands High School, where she played soccer, before continuing her education at Our Lady of the Lake University. There, she earned her Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management with a minor in Economics.

Although she initially pursued a career in business, Juanita’s personal experience with injuries led her to discover a strong interest in physical therapy and rehabilitation. In 2022, she began working at a chiropractic clinic, where she developed a deeper understanding of the role rehabilitative exercise plays in recovery and long-term health.

Juanita joined the Stratton Sport & Spine team in 2024 and continues to grow her knowledge and hands-on experience as a chiropractic assistant, helping patients improve function, reduce pain, and stay active.

Outside of the clinic, Juanita enjoys spending time with family and friends, staying active, and chasing after her daughter, Gabriela. She also loves playing in local recreational soccer leagues.
