Dr. Brock Stratton is a San Antonio native and lifelong athlete who brings a deep understanding of performance, injury, and recovery to every patient he treats. He attended Theodore Roosevelt High School, where he competed in football, wrestling, and track. During that time, he became a two-time Texas State Wrestling Champion and a two-time All-State linebacker, earning San Antonio Express-News Defensive Player of the Year honors his senior year. He is also an Eagle Scout.

Dr. Stratton continued his athletic career at Texas Tech University, where he was a four-year starting middle linebacker. As a freshman, he was named Big 12 Coaches Co-Defensive Freshman of the Year, earned Freshman All-America Second Team honors from The Sporting News, and received All-Big 12 recognition. He was also recognized for his academic excellence, earning First-Team Academic All-Big 12 and CoSIDA Academic All-District honors.

Despite multiple injuries requiring shoulder, knee, and back surgeries, Dr. Stratton went on to sign with the Tennessee Titans as a free agent, where he stood out as one of only two free agents to advance through organized team activities before suffering a season-ending injury. He later played briefly in the Canadian Football League before another knee injury ultimately ended his professional career.

Those experiences shaped his passion for helping others stay healthy, perform at a high level, and avoid the setbacks he personally faced. Dr. Stratton graduated with honors from Parker University College of Chiropractic and has since dedicated his career to treating sports injuries and helping patients of all backgrounds move and feel better.

While he has a special passion for working with athletes, Dr. Stratton enjoys helping anyone from highly active individuals to those just beginning their health journey. His approach focuses on optimizing movement, improving soft tissue health, restoring proper muscular function, and promoting long-term wellness through proactive care.

Dr. Stratton has been heavily influenced by his mentor and father, Dr. Steven Stratton, PhD, PT, ATC, who brings over 40 years of clinical experience. Through this mentorship, he has incorporated advanced manual therapy techniques such as Strain/Counterstrain, Muscle Energy Technique, Mulligan Concept, and osteopathic-based treatments to complement his chiropractic care.

He further refined his skills during an eight-month internship in Dallas with Dr. Troy VanBiezen, an Active Release Techniques instructor and provider for professional athletes across the PGA Tour, Dallas Stars, and FC Dallas. Dr. Stratton is also certified in Chiropractic Clinical Neurology (CCCN) through Parker University, where he trained under Dr. Michael Hall, DC, DABCN, FIACN.

Outside the clinic, Dr. Stratton enjoys spending time with his wife, Tara, and their three children, Kai, Kade, and Kase.
