Justin is a native Texan with a background in the study of human movement, kinesiology. His passion lies in reconnecting humans to the power within their own body and minds through optimal health practices. He believes many of today's chronic degenerative illnesses that come with living in the modern world can be avoided given proper direction, a little wisdom and will. He's worked for over a decade helping others gain a deeper, healthier connection with their bodies through strength, mobility, breathwork, nutrition and other restorative health modalities.

Movement is an elixir of Life. It brings nourishment and strength to the body and mind. But what exact movements are right for your body? With so many to choose from, Are you wasting time or further injuring yourself? With focus on the minimun effective dose these are some of the questions that Justin will help you bring in to crystal clarity for yourself so that you can develop and maintain a strong and healthy body without wasting time or risking further injury.

We recommend that you expect at minimum 6 weeks of training with Justin to develop and integrate your new movement practice in to your life.

Pricing:

Individual Functional Training Session: $85

These in depth Mobility and Strength sessions are guided by Justin with a focus on your unique individual goal from where you are now in your current condition. A healthy movement practice evolves naturally with aim and practice. Consider this training a means to develop and ensure a solid foundation and if you are seasoned and have a strong base, the beginning of a new chapter in your growth and development.

Group Functional Training Session: $40

These classes are aimed at developing strong and healthy joints by mobilizing, activating and strengthening the tissues around the major joint complex. Healthy joints are the foundation of a strong, pain free body. We use a deliberate, methodical and precise joint by joint sequencing to ensure thorough activation. This approach decreases stiffness and immobility, relieving tension and stress around the joints, resulting in a stronger, more fluid moving body with more usable range of motion. If you are interested in being proactive about developing health, strength, mobility and longevity while staying out of pain this class is for you. By mastering the principles offered in this class you will be providing your body with a solid functional foundation and moving toward integrity and wholeness.

Tension/Trauma Release Session: $150

TRE® is an innovative series of exercises that assist the body in releasing deep muscular patterns of stress, tension and trauma. The exercises safely activate a natural reflex mechanism of shaking or vibrating that releases muscular tension, calming down the nervous system. When this muscular shaking/vibrating mechanism is activated in a safe and controlled environment, the body is encouraged to return back to a state of balance.

Tension & Trauma Releasing Exercises (or TRE) is based on the fundamental idea, backed by research, that stress, tension and trauma is both psychological and physical. TRE’s reflexive muscle vibrations generally feel pleasant and soothing. After doing TRE, many people report feelings of peace and well-being. TRE has helped many thousands of people globally.

TRE is designed to be a self-help tool that, once learned, can be used independently as needed throughout one’s life, thereby continuously supporting and promoting personal health and wellness.
